Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

UK (Excluding N.Ireland)

  • Standard Delivery – We offer free 3-5 day¬†UK mainland delivery¬†on all of our products.
  • Express Delivery – We offer Next¬†Day UK Mainland Delivery for ¬£4.99. ¬†This is shipped on a next working day basis and based on the 2 pm dispatch cut-off. ¬†It excludes Highlands and Islands.

Northern Island

  • We have a flat ¬£14.99 delivery charge for all Northern Island deliveries due to¬†increased customs requirements and additional courier-related costs.

Fulfilment

  • The majority of our orders are shipped via DPD by¬†FulfilmentCrowd or an alternative Premium Carrier.
  • Our main ship from address is: Propel Direct c/o FulfilmentCrowd, Ottersbrook, Ty Coch Way, Cwmbran, NP44 7EZ – however, we do use multiple fulfilment centres.

International (Non-UK)

  • We have a range of different shipping options depending on your location.
  • Please contact us at admin@plosefit.com¬†and where possible we will provide a quote for delivery time and cost.

DISPATCH

  • Dispatch is the same working day with the order cut-off is at 2pm.
  • Any orders ordered after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

AMEND / CANCEL AN ORDER

  • If you need to amend or cancel your order at any point before dispatch please email us at admin@plosefit.com.
  • Once dispatched we may¬†be unable to cancel the order and you would need to process as a return if desired.

PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING

  • Please note items may be shipped separately and from different locations so can be delivered separately. ¬†
  • If all your items have not arrived on time please contact us.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED

  • All our products are quality checked upon dispatch and packaged to arrive in pristine condition. ¬†
  • If an item arrives damaged please email us at admin@plosefit.com¬†with images¬†of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item so we can investigate and resolve it.

PAYMENTS

Payment Options

  • We accept a range of payment methods including major credit cards and digital payment services, so you can choose the option that is best for you.
  • All payments are processed by Shopify Payments which is¬†PCI compliant by default to¬†keep your payment info and business data safe.

Digital Payments

  • We accept:¬†PayPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Credit Cards

  • ¬†Major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,¬†American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

Billing

  • You will be shown your final payment at the end of the checkout process, once you have entered your delivery address and shipping preferences.
  • You will see the full amount that will be charged (inc taxes where applicable) on the checkout page.
  • Please check that you are happy to pay the shown amount before clicking the Complete Order button.
